Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa held their annual Savor Borgata event this weekend in Atlantic City featuring street treats from the property’s star studded line-up of chefs and restaurateurs.

This year, the theme, “Street Eats: Eat, Drink, Hobnob” reflected a unique street festival décor and ambience that featured over two dozen stations with culinary creations from celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay (Bobby Flay Steak), Stephen Kalt (Fornelletto Cucina & Wine Bar), Michael Schulson (Izakaya Modern Japanese Pub), Greg and Marc Sherry (Old Homestead Steak House), as well as executive chefs Thomas Biglan (Borgata), Thaddeus DuBois (Borgata Pastry), Aram Mardigian (Wolfgang Puck American Grille) and Wesley Holton (The Water Club hotel) along with special guest Michael Symon, Iron Chef and host of “The Chew” on ABC.“Street Eats: Eat, Drink, Hobnob” at Savor Borgata 2013

Food and beverage personality Sissy Biggers hosted Street Eats as foodies perused around the stations tasting delectable dishes. Attendees had their choice of craft beers by the Victory Brewing Company and fine wines hand-selected by Borgata’s award-winning wine director, Anjoleena Griffin-Holst. Guests also watched festival entertainers perform, had the opportunity to play games and listen to music by The Rockets.

Borgata’s culinary partners also took part in several intimate events with fans throughout the weekend. Savor Borgata Weekend kicked-off with “A Taste of 5 Culinary Masters” a four-course dinner and cocktail party with Iron Chefs Flay and Symon collaborating with chefs Kalt, Schulson, and DuBois. The chef all-stars offered guests courses prepared by each chef—an event sure to excite any palette.

During a live culinary demonstration, Food Network fans got to pick up some pointers from Flay when he shared celebrated recipes at Borgata’s Music Box theatre. Special guest Symon signed copies of his new cookbook, “5 In 5: Fresh Ingredients + 5 Minutes = 120 Fantastic Dinners” inside 28 West.

With a fun yet relaxed atmosphere, guests could indulge in a plethora of delicious dishes throughout the weekend and especially during the evening at Savor Borgata—including goodie bags of popcorn, cotton candy and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream!
